TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our prices include VAT.

1. There is NO MINIMUM ORDER. Orders below £75 will have postage & packaging charged at cost (usually £3.50 for UK mainland).
2. Shipping will be either by Royal Mail 1^st class signed-for, or Hermes courier.
3. Orders received before 5.00pm will normally be despatched the following day.
4. Delivery 3-5 working days.
5. Payment is on-line, by all major credit and debit cards, and by PayPal. It is not necessary to log into your PayPal account, and payments can be made without having a PayPal account.
   Pet-Positive merely uses PayPal as a card processing system.
6. We cannot take payments over the phone.
7. We cannot accept cheques.
8. Overseas orders: quotes on request

Returns

1. Faulty goods or incorrect orders must be notified by email (info@pet-positive.co.uk) within 7 days of delivery.
2. Goods must be returned at the sender’s expense and must reach us in saleable condition.
3. If the goods (including any integral packaging) are returned damaged the value of the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
